Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, select the options (if applicable), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately. We can update your address only before the order ships. If the order is already in transit, we cannot guarantee changes.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your region. Estimated windows are shown on our Shipping Policy page. Please note that international shipping may be affected by customs or local carrier delays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to start updating.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Some carriers take time to scan packages between international checkpoints. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, it’s usually normal. If it remains unchanged beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us.
Customs & Fees
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout. Payment methods may vary by country.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through secure, trusted payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Are the product photos accurate?
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, lighting, screen settings, and production batches may cause slight variations.
